Free plan features

The free plan offers a limited set of features for the customer account page and premium tools. However, you will have access to all the features available in this plan.

Free plan eligibility

During the free trial: any user can select the free plan and access the features available in the free plan. 

Users who have less than 1500 customers can continue using the plan after the free trial ends.

Users with a customer count exceeding 1500 will be prompted to upgrade their plan accordingly.

Cancellation of free plan

You can cancel the free plan at any time. There are no charges for cancellations.

Upgradation of free plan

Upon reaching a customer count of more than 1500, users will be required to upgrade their plan based on the number of customers.
