How do I set up the customer portal for my store’s customers?

Following this guide will help you set up your Customer portal easily


  1. Open the Custlo: Customer Account Pro app dashboard, go to the Customer portal section, and click on the Manage button.

  1. Once clicked, you can edit or add a new navigation item, or simply click Open account editor to add it to your store.

  1. In the editor, select Add block, search for Customer Portal from the available blocks, and click to add it.

  1. Finally, click Save and open your store. Your Customer Portal is now live!
